Vi er nå kommet i en situasjon hvor bedriftene på oljeserviceområdet må permittere sine ansatte grunnet streik i et annet forbund.

I tillegg til streiken går nå også arbeidsgiversiden til lockout – det er deres virkemiddel, og fullt lovlig.

Vi i Styrke blir ikke rammet av lockout, det gjelder kun for SAFE medlemmer.

Bedriften sendte ut betinget permitteringsvarsel fredag 29.05.26 med beskjed om permitteringer kunne inntreffe etter 14.06.2026. Nå har noen av dere allerede mottatt beskjed om at en blir permittert, og med det følger, forståelig nok, en del spørsmål.

Så da skal vi nå svare ut permitteringer og bekymringer rundt dette:

• Styrke vil nå betale streikestønad til dere som er rammet av permitteringer
• Du trenger IKKE søke om dagpenger hos NAV
• Utbetalingene vil skje fra Styrke SLB, og vi krever deretter pengene tilbake fra Styrke sentralt.
• Stønaden dere nå vil motta er SKATTEFRI
• Stønadsbeløpet er per arbeidstime det ikke betales lønn i forbindelse med streik/ permittering, opptil da kr 10.943,63 per uke.

For landansatte gjelder da første linje:

Arbeidstid 37.5t per uke – 291,83kr per time – 10.943,63kr per uke

For offshoreansatte på disponibelplan så gjelder fjerde linje:

Arbeidstid 33,6t per uke – 325,70kr per time – 10.943,63kr per uke

For offshoreansatte på 2/4 skiftplan med 7,71% lønnsreduksjon så gjelder femte linje:

Arbeidstid 31t per uke – 353,02kr per time – 10.943,63kr per uke

Det du nå må gjøre nå er å sende en e-post til Stine, svaulefjeldsaa@slb.com, med følgende informasjon:

• Subjekt: Streikestøtte
• Fullt navn og telefonnummer
• Kontonummer
• Avdeling
• Om du er offshore elle onshore
• Rotasjonsordning
• Legg ved permitteringen, slik at vi ser når permitteringen trer i kraft

Vi finner medlemsnummeret ditt 🙂

Vi vil deretter betale ut stønad i henhold til beløpene over, så fort vi får oversikt over hvor mange dager du faktisk er permittert.

Vi har ikke anledning til å ta imot henvendelser på telefon eller via teams på stønad, da vi MÅ dokumentere faktiske utgifter for å få dette refundert fra forbundet.

OBS!

Du vil få lønn i juni som normalt, den blir utbetalt 25.6.

Dagene du blir permittert vil bli trukket fra på lønn juli.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We have been in meetings with Styrke centrally his morning, to get some more information .

We are now in a situation where companies within the oil service sector must temporary lay off their employees due to a strike in another union.

In addition to the strike, the employer side has now initiated a lockout – this is their instrument, and fully legal.

We in Styrke are not affected by the lockout; it applies only to SAFE members.

The company issued a conditional layoff notice on Friday, 29 May 2026, stating that layoffs could take effect after 14 June 2026. Some of you have now already received notice that you will be laid off, and this understandably brings with it several questions.

We will therefore now address layoffs and the concerns related to this:

• Styrke will now pay strike compensation to those of you affected by layoffs
• You do NOT need to apply for unemployment benefits from NAV
• Payments will be made from Styrke SLB, and we will subsequently reclaim the funds from central Styrke
• The compensation you will receive is TAX-FREE
• The compensation amount is calculated per working hour without pay due to strike/layoff, up to NOK 10,943.63 per week

For onshore employees, the first line applies:

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week – NOK 291.83 per hour – NOK 10,943.63 per week

For offshore employees on an availability schedule, the fourth line applies:

Working hours: 33.6 hours per week – NOK 325.70 per hour – NOK 10,943.63 per week

For offshore employees on a 2/4 rotation schedule with a 7.71% salary reduction, the fifth line applies:

Working hours: 31 hours per week – NOK 353.02 per hour – NOK 10,943.63 per week

What you now need to do is send an email to Stine at svaulefjeldsaa@slb.com with the following information:

• Subject: Strike support
• Full name and phone number
• Bank account number
• Department
• Whether you are offshore or onshore
• Rotation schedule
• Attach your layoff notice so we can see when the layoff takes effect

We will find your membership number 🙂

We will then pay compensation in accordance with the amounts above, as soon as we have an overview of how many days you are laid off.

We cannot accept inquiries by phone or via Teams regarding compensation, as we MUST document actual expenses to have them reimbursed by the union.

Note!
You will receive your June salary as normal, which will be paid on June 25.
The days you are laid off will be deducted from your July salary.
